Parking

Our community has 107 units and approximately 47 parking spaces, not including parking in front of driveways (unless it’s a fire lane). This means there is about 0.44 space per unit.

The Declaration, Article VII, Section 1 states that each lot owner is entitled to use up to 2 parking spaces. No oversized vehicles (campers, trailers, school buses, or trucks over 1/2 ton) and no junk or unsightly vehicles are allowed.

Suggestions to improve parking:

Fully use your driveway space.

Park in front of your driveway if no fire lane is marked.

Park on Eustace Road (up to the No Parking sign, per VDOT and County rules).

If you have 4+ vehicles, consider off-site storage.

The Board of Directors (BOD) enforces parking rules under Administrative Resolution 04-06. Violators may be booted or towed by Shanks Towing (540-710-1628).

Key parking rules:

No parking in fire lanes or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.

No perpendicular parking on streets or cul-de-sacs.

No parking on grass between the curb and sidewalk.

Vehicles must be on asphalt to avoid towing.

Vehicles must display current tags and inspections (with a 15-day grace period).

Junk or inoperable vehicles cannot park on streets or driveways (subject to fines).

No parking on private or community lawns.

Oversized vehicles (campers, trailers, school buses, etc.) cannot park on streets or driveways.

For more details, refer to the community by-laws on the website.

*If your vehicle is towed, you may request a picture of the violation, or it will be returned at no cost.
