About Us
Cabin Creekwood was established as a homeowner association (HOA) townhouse community in 1989. The Board of Directors was made up of Washington Builders representatives overseeing the completion of the subdivision, and as the community neared completion, homeowners were added to the Board, and complete control of the community was turned over to an all-homeowner Board of Directors. Cabin Creekwood HOA is a non-profit corporation with an elected Board of Directors. Through monthly assessments of homeowners, the Board maintains all common areas, including streets, sidewalks, and numerous grassed and wooded areas as well providing Trash and Recycling removal. The Board also has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure the corporation remains fiscally sound. The Board of Directors has contracted with Association Management to oversee the association’s day-to-day management.
