Committees
The signs of an active and vibrant community are their committees. Current committees are comprised of homeowners, with a member of the BOD serving as Chairperson. The BOD always seeks additional help, so contact us regarding any open committee positions.
Architectural Control Committee
Per our governing documents, this committee maintains the Mid-Atlantic colonial-style home’s original ambiance and oversees home additions such as decks, siding, and fencing.

Finance Committee
Per our governing documents, this committee oversees fiscal matters of the association. This is the only committee that must be comprised of BOD only.

Newsletter Committee
This committee is charged with producing the Association’s newsletter approximately twice yearly. Copies are mailed to homeowners and will be posted on our website.
